Retail Customer Advisor (Swindon) - 30 Hours
Employment type: Full-time
Location: Swindon
Salary: £13.72 per hour + on‑target bonus of 15%, paid monthly based on store performance
Working Hours: 30 hours across 5 days per week, including weekend rotation
Full training will be provided, so no prior product knowledge is required – ambition and drive to learn matter most.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance the customer journey through meaningful interactions, ensuring customers feel positive and valued.
- Create exceptional experiences by tailoring and promoting innovative products and services.
- Achieve personal and store KPIs by driving sales and meeting performance goals.
- Provide personalised solutions for customers with general mobile or network‑related enquiries, ensuring prompt resolution.
Candidate Profile:
- Strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service and understanding customer needs.
- Ability to work well within a team, contributing to a positive and high‑performing environment.
- Resourceful and proactive in resolving customer enquiries and challenges.
