We are excited to be opening a brand-new pop-up store in Swindon, launching in August 2026, bringing together a fresh team of Crocodiles for a unique 12‑month journey. • Lead, inspire and develop a high‑performing team of Crocodiles
• Drive profitable sales growth by achieving and exceeding KPIs and financial targets
• Act as a role model on the shop floor, delivering an exceptional and personalised client experience
• Use data to drive decisions and performance
• Ensure operational excellence across all areas of the store
• Champion high standards of visual merchandising and brand presentation

• Proven experience leading a retail store, ideally within Fashion or Luxury
• Strong people leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach and develop teams
• Results‑driven with strong commercial and financial understanding
• Confidence in analysing performance data and driving action plans
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
• A hands‑on, proactive and solution‑oriented approach
