Retail Lead

Nike Swindon is looking for a Retail Lead (40 hrs FULL TIME) to join our team and provide world class service to the consumer.

As a Lead, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional consumer service, ensuring a premium brand experience, coordinating, coaching, and motivating employees, supporting daily business to achieve sales targets, managing digital services, visual merchandising, sales floor, and promotional campaigns. You will identify and solve problems in partnership with store leadership and serve as NIKE's brand ambassador, ensuring compliance with all NIKE standards and guidelines.

• Customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
• Ability to manage a small team of peers.
• Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative teammate.
• Demonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques.
• Flexible with scheduling and available to work 40‑hour full time retail hours (day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays, as needed).
