What you'll be doing Owning and continuously improving the accuracy, integrity and governance of colleague data and People systems Producing regular reporting and dashboards on key metrics including headcount, attrition, absence, payroll and reward Analysing trends and translating data into clear, actionable insights to support business decision-making Acting as the primary contact for HRIS and People system providers, ensuring effective performance and optimisation Supporting reward, pay and benefits activity including salary reviews, benchmarking and benefits administration Supporting with the delivery of cyclical People processes such as annual pay review, bonus administration and statutory reporting (e.g. gender pay gap) Providing guidance to managers and stakeholders on People data, systems and operational processes We're looking for someone who Has strong experience working with HR/People data, reporting and systems Demonstrates advanced Excel skills and confidence handling complex datasets Can translate data into clear insights and meaningful business recommendations Has excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on data accuracy and compliance Is highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities and cyclical deadlines Communicates confidently with stakeholders at all levels of the business Takes ownership, shows initiative and proactively identifies opportunities for improvement Has a practical, solutions-focused approach to enhancing systems and processes Handles sensitive information with discretion and sound judgement Ideally has experience or exposure to payroll, reward, benefits or statutory reporting What you'll get from us Joining our team means more than just getting paid a salary, it's about being part of a workplace that values you, your growth and your wellbeing.
