An exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join the team at our clients dealership in Swindon. Representing one of the world's leading premium automotive brands, this is a fantastic opportunity to work within a modern dealership, building lasting customer relationships while helping customers find the right new or used vehicle for their needs.

What Youll Do :
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience throughout the entire sales journey, from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover and beyond. Your responsibilities will include:
Selling new and used vehicles while consistently delivering exceptional customer service. Building strong relationships with new and existing customers to generate repeat business and referrals. Managing your own customer database and proactively creating new sales opportunities. Following up enquiries by phone, email and video presentations to maximise conversion. Completing all vehicle sales administration accurately and ensuring deadlines are met. Maintaining a professional showroom environment at all times.

Ensuring all sales processes are fully compliant with FCA regulations and company procedures.

What Were Looking For :
To be successful in this role you will ideally have:
Previous experience as a Sales Executive within a franchised automotive dealership. A proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer satisfaction. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. A proactive and enthusiastic approach to generating new business. Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. A professional, personable and customer-first attitude. A full UK driving licence, held for at least one year.

£21,000 basic salary. Realistic OTE of £54,000 with uncapped earning potential. Company car. 45-hour working week on a 5.5-day rota, including weekends. 31 days' holiday including Bank Holidays.
