Bloor Homes is seeking a Sales Progressor for the South West region, based in Swindon, SN25 4DL
. You will manage sales databases and progress chasing across plots to keep the regional office on track.
Ideal candidates will have experience in new homes sales, strong customer service, and a solid understanding of the legal steps from reservation through exchange and completion. The role may involve occasional weekend events and close collaboration with internal teams.
