Hours:

42.5 hours per week, 5 days per week

Looking for a sales role with uncapped earning potential and a company vehicle?
This is a great opportunity for a Sales Executive / Commercial Vehicle Sales Advisor / Automotive Sales Advisor to join a busy and successful automotive business in Swindon.
You'll be responsible for managing both face-to-face and digital customer enquiries, guiding customers through the full vehicle buying process and maximising every sales opportunity. Previous automotive experience is welcomed, but candidates with strong sales, influencing and customer service skills from other sectors are also encouraged to apply.

THE ROLE
As a Commercial Vehicle Sales Advisor, you'll be responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience while achieving individual and team sales targets.
Your responsibilities will include:

· Managing inbound and outbound enquiries via telephone, email and digital platforms

· Meeting customers and guiding them through the full vehicle purchase journey

· Identifying customer requirements and recommending suitable vehicles

· Promoting additional products including warranties, accessories and finance products

· Following all relevant sales, finance and insurance regulations

· Building strong customer relationships and delivering first-class service

· Working towards individual and team sales targets
 
ABOUT YOU
We're looking for someone with:

· Previous sales, influencing or customer-facing experience

· Automotive or vehicle sales experience is desirable but not essential

· A passion for delivering excellent customer service

· Strong communication and relationship-building skills

· Motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets

· A willingness to learn and develop within the automotive industry

· Ability to follow processes, policies and industry regulations

· Full UK Driving Licence
