What you'll actually be doing- Knocking on doors and starting genuine conversations and spreading the word about Modern Milkman
- Winning over new customers who'll love what we stand for
- Owning your targets and watching your earnings grow as a result
- Playing a real part in a mission that matters
- Based in or able to commute to Swindon (a UK driving licence is a bonus)
- A natural talker with a warm, easy way with people
- Self-driven — you set your own pace and hit your own targets
- Thick-skinned enough to shrug off a "no thanks" and knock on the next door
- Happy outdoors, whatever the weather throws at you
- Background in retail, hospitality, or anywhere else you've been customer facing
- No sales experience needed — we'll train you up
- Genuinely care about sustainability
- Love getting people excited about something you believe in
- Have an entrepreneurial streak and want to earn what you put in
- Are hungry to hit targets and climb fast
