24-7 Recruitment Services, acting as an Employment Business, are currently recruiting  experienced HGV Class 1 Drivers  on behalf of our client based in  Swindon, SN3 .

The Role
As an HGV Class 1 Driver, you will be responsible for  trunking goods to client stores throughout the UK .
The role will involve:
Moving cages of clothing and rubbish
Securing loads using straps and bars
Manual handling
Using a tail lift
Delivering to stores throughout the UK
HGV Class 1 Driver Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
Hold a valid  Class 1 / C+E licence
Have  at least 6 months' Class 1 driving experience
Hold a valid  Tacho Card and CPC
Have no more than  6 points  on your licence
Have  no DD, DR, TT or IN endorsements
Be available to work  Friday to Monday - Start time between 15:00-18:00
Be comfortable with manual handling and securing loads
Assessment:  Approximately 3 hours ( unpaid )
Pay & Benefits
£17.74 per hour
£1.71 per hour shift premium  for hours worked between  20:00–05:00
Overtime paid at 1.25x  after 42.5 hours worked
