This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Swissvale, PA for an Early Childhood Educator. The individual in this position will plan and implement educational activities tailored to the needs of young children, fostering their growth and development in a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment. Responsibilities include developing age‑appropriate curricula, facilitating engaging learning experiences, monitoring children’s progress, and collaborating with parents and staff to support children’s overall well‑being and learning.

• Strong skills in Early Childhood Development and proven experience working with children.
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills to build relationships and effectively communicate with children, families, and coworkers.
• Creativity Skills to design engaging, age‑appropriate educational activities and learning environments.
• Strong Organization Skills to plan and manage classroom activities and maintain a structured schedule.
• Commitment to creating an inclusive, supportive, and enriching environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred, though equivalent experience may be considered.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
