The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of water mitigation experience and current IICRC certifications, with WRT/ASD preferred.
You will supervise field crews, develop drying plans, operate moisture detection equipment, document progress, and ensure safety and quality on every job. Travel and after-hours coverage required.
