Our client is a boutique international advisory firm based in Marbella, providing sophisticated cross-border tax and accounting services to clients with significant U.S. operations. Our clients include dynamic international companies and entrepreneurial groups that value precision, discretion, and personal attention.

We are seeking a highly skilled U.S. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or experienced U.S. Tax Advisor to join their office in Marbella. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in U.S. corporate and individual tax filings and a strong understanding of mid-sized company structures and compliance requirements.

You’ll be working closely with our international team, advising clients with complex, multi-jurisdictional needs while enjoying the quality of life that comes with living on the Costa del Sol.

• Prepare and review U.S. corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns (Forms 1120, 1065, 1040, etc.)
• Advise on U.S. tax planning and compliance for clients with cross-border operations
• Research and interpret U.S. tax laws, regulations, and IRS guidance
• Liaise with clients, auditors, and tax authorities as needed
• Support clients through ongoing advisory, structuring, and compliance projects

• Active U.S. CPA license (or EA with extensive U.S. tax experience)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in U.S. tax compliance and advisory
• Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and state tax filings for mid-sized companies
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Comfortable working in an international environment
• Willingness to work in person at our Marbella office
• 5 days in the office

• Experience with cross-border taxation, U.S.–Spain matters, or international clients
• Prior work in public accounting or an international advisory firm
