Stellenbeschreibung
- Kontrolle, Kontierung und Verbuchung der Kreditorenrechnung (inkl. Zollportal) sowie Eingangsrechnungen mit Bestellbezug mit XFlow
- Bearbeitung des Business Workplaces
- Stammdatenpflege der Kreditoren
- Bonitätsauskünfte Kreditoren
- Bearbeitung von eingehenden Mahnungen
- Zahlungsverkehr an Lieferanten
- Führung und Buchen der Kasse
- Bearbeitung der Spesenabrechnungen mit SAP Concur
- Weitere administrative Aufgaben (z.B. Mitarbeit bei Projekten, Vorbereitung von internen (IKS) & externen Revisionen)
- (Mit-) Betreuung von KV
- Lehrlingen im Bereich Kreditoren - Mitarbeit im Abschluss (Abgrenzungslauf, Abstimmungen)
- Unterstützung bei der Debitorenbuchhaltung / Hauptbuch
