, we’re looking for a versatile individual to fill an exciting and varied role,
starting immediately or by agreement
.

• Responsible for providing professional reception services and reliably handling secretarial tasks
  (phone, mail, orders)
• Organizing and managing the meeting rooms
• Support with a wide range of day-to-day administrative tasks
• Independent processing of supplier invoices and expense reports, including the payment cycle
• Ensuring internal group invoicing
• Assisting with monthly and annual financial statements and supporting the accounting department

• Completed basic business training with additional education in accounting
• Experience in accounting, ideally with knowledge of Abacus
• Proficiency with MS Office and a strong aptitude for numbers
• Friendly, confident demeanor and a strong service-oriented mindset
• An independent, structured approach to work and a passion for collaborating as part of a team
