Management Accountant – Accounting & Controlling

• Own financial accounting process for selected entities (GL, AR, AP, assets)
• Prepare IFRS and local GAAP financial statements
• Lead external reporting and audits
• Act as business partner to stakeholders
• Perform financial controlling incl. variance analysis and P&L steering
• Support budgeting, forecasting and scenario planning
• Collaborate internationally across finance teams
• Drive global projects improving forecasting and reporting
• Enhance processes and digital capabilities

• Accounting background or equivalent practical experience
• Strong experience in accounting and ideally controlling
• IFRS and GAAP knowledge
• SAP / ERP and advanced Excel skills (VBA, Power query...)
• Strong analytical and business understanding7<
• Enjoyment of digitalization, process optimization and AI
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
