Privera sucht eine erfahrene Fachkraft für Liegenschaftsbuchhaltung in der Schweiz. Sie führen die Buchhaltungen von A-Z durch, erstellen Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse und erledigen buchhalterische Arbeiten bei Mandatszugängen bzw.
-abgängen.
Darüber hinaus bereiten Sie Heiz- und Betriebskostenabrechnungen vor, erstellen kundenspezifische Reportings und arbeiten eng mit den Immobilienbewirtschaftungsteams zusammen. Eine lösungsorientierte, exakte Arbeitsweise ist erwünscht.
