Legal Operations Specialist
Manpower Switzerland is hiring a Legal Operations Specialist to join the team starting in December. If you are interested, please apply directly.
Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to senior leaders within the Legal Department
- Manage calendars (MS Outlook) and coordinate regular meetings
- Prepare agendas, minutes, presentations, and meeting materials
- Facilitate virtual meetings using Zoom and MS Teams
- Handle internal and external correspondence
- Manage documents, deadlines, travel arrangements, and expense processes
- Support contract and document management, including electronic filing, workflow monitoring, and signature coordination
- Assist in organizing meetings, training sessions, events, and engagement activities
- Maintain email distribution lists, Teams folders, SharePoint sites, and org charts
- Support onboarding of new team members
- Act as first point of contact for facility and IT‑related requests
- Manage mail, courier services, travel, and visa requests
- Document administrative processes and support continuous improvements
- Provide broad administrative support across all Legal Operations processes
- Several years of experience in an administrative role; experience in a legal department or law firm is an advantage
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience working in international and multicultural environments
- High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), MS Teams, Zoom, and Share Point
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Detail‑oriented, proactive, reliable, and service‑oriented
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Tech‑savvy and comfortable learning new tools and digital processes
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field (or equivalent)
- Fluent in English; good German skills required. Additional languages are a plus
- Understanding of administrative, legal, or corporate processes is an advantage
