Stadler sucht eine engagierte Fachkraft für Logistik-Administration in der Schweiz. Sie erfassen und pflegen Sendungen im Transport Management System (TMS) und stimmen Lieferpapiere mit den Sendungsdaten ab.
Sie erstellen Proformarechnungen sowie Lieferscheine und fungieren als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen internen Fachbereichen. Darüber hinaus prüfen, kontieren und verarbeiten Sie Eingangsrechnungen im Transportumfeld und betreuen Lieferanten im TMS-Bereich.
