Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören der Empfang und die Telefonzentrale, diverse administrative Tätigkeiten wie Postverarbeitung, Sitzungsorganisation, Datenpflege, sowie die Erfassung von Montagerapporten. Sie unterstützen im Montagesekretariat bei Reisen und Visa.
