Location: Unterseen
Bichsel AG in Interlaken sucht eine/n Sachbearbeiter/in Frontoffice inkl. Teamleitung (80–100%). Sie koordinieren zentrale Prozesse, betreuen Kundinnen/Kunden und arbeiten eng mit dem Aussendienst zusammen.
Sie führen ein Team bis zu 8 Mitarbeitenden, planen Einsätze, überwachen die Zeiterfassung und unterstützen bei Rekrutierung. Sehr gute Deutsch- und Französischkenntnisse sowie kaufmännische Grundausbildung sind wünschenswert.
