Sachbearbeiter Logistik Administration 100%
Für unser Kundenunternehmen in Stans-Oberdorf NW, suchen wir ab Oktober 2026 befristet für ca. 9-12 Monate eine/n Sachbearbeiter Logistik Administration 100% (a).
Ihre Aufgaben- Planung und Koordination von Lufttransportdienstleistungen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Flugleistungserbringern
- Dokumentenerstellung für Flüge
- Erarbeitung der Flugplanung für verschiedene Versorgungsflüge zusammen mit der logistischen Auftragssteuerung
- Sicherstellung von Hotel- und Mietfahrzeugreservationen
- Allgemeine administrative Aufgaben
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit EFZ im Kaufmännischen, Logistik oder Tourismus Bereich
- Gute administrative Fähigkeiten und sicherer Anwendung von MSD Office und M365
- Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute bis sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
- Erfahrung als Disponent und/oder in einem Reiseunternehmen
- Verhandlungsgeschick, Teamfähigkeit und Organisationsgeschick
- Verfügbarkeit ab Oktober für 9-12 Monate
- Aufgestelltes, junges und dynamisches Team
