Deine Aufgaben:
- Du bist die gute, administrative Seele im Administrationssupport des Aussendienstes: von der Auftragsabwicklung über die Datenpflege bis hin zur Koordination von Auftragseinsätzen und Terminen
- Bei dir laufen die Fäden zusammen, so dass die Abläufe reibungslos funktionieren
- In Verkaufsinnendienst-Projekten wirkst du mit, hältst den Überblick und bringst deine Ideen ein
- Kurz:
Du bist genau dort im Einsatz, wo dein Organisationstalent und deine Zuverlässigkeit gebraucht werden
Das bist du:
- Du hast deine kaufmännische Ausbildung abgeschlossen und bringst Erfahrung im Verkaufsinnendienst/Kundendienst mit
- Organisation, Kommunikation und Administration liegen dir im Blut
- MS-Office, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics: mehr als Begriffe für dich
- Französischkenntnisse sind ein grosses Plus
