Das Unternehmen sucht einen Sachbearbeiterin Export (m/w) mit fundierter Berufserfahrung im industriellen Umfeld. Es handelt sich um ein etabliertes Schweizer Industrieunternehmen.

Aufgaben- Komplette Auftragsabwicklung von A-Z (in D/E)
- Organisation und Koordination von internationalen Transporten (Strasse, Luft, See, Schiene)
- Erstellen von Ausfuhrpapieren und Fakturierungen
- Mithilfe bei Projekten
- Korrespondenz mit Spediteuren und Kunden in Deutsch, Englisch und idealerweise auf Französisch
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Grundausbildung
- Weiterbildung im Export/Aussenhandel
- Berufserfahrung in der Auftragsabwicklung und im Export
- Fundierte Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch W/S, Französisch von Vorteil
- Organisationstalent und Leidenschaft für Exportthemen im Industriesektor
