C. Oberson SA recherche un Chef-fe d'atelier à 100% pour sa concession Åkoda de Romanel-sur-Lausanne. Vous dirigerez une équipe d'une dizaine de techniciens et apprentis, piloterez le planning et assurerez la qualité des prestations.
Le candidat idéal possède un CFC dans l'automobile ou un brevet fédéral de Diagnosticien, avec 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en gestion d'équipe. Dynamisme, loyauté et sens du service client seront des atouts majeurs.
