PP Autotreff AG sucht eine/n Serviceberater/in zur Verstärkung des VW-Teams. Sie planen und bereiten Fahrzeugannahmen vor, beraten Kundschaft professionell und erstellen Offerten sowie Werkstattaufträge.
Die Einhaltung von Terminen und Kosten gehört ebenso zu Ihren Aufgaben wie die Abwicklung von Reklamationen. Sie bringen eine abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung im Automobilgewerbe mit, idealerweise VW-Kenntnisse, sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und Serviceorientierung.
