Operations Specialist

Introduction

ALCYONE CAPITAL AG, a family office based in ZUg, is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Specialist to join our team.

As an Operations Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing and optimizing daily operational processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Supporting the implementation of new systems, tools, and workflows to enhance operational performance.
• Monitoring and analyzing operational data to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborating with portfolio managers and IT team to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives.
• Ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Providing support for ad hoc operational tasks

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Some experience in an operations role, preferably within the financial services industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with operational tools and software.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of German or French is a plus.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
