DescriptionThe Product Support & Catalog Analyst plays a key role in executing product and catalog initiatives by supporting research, product data management, and the setup and release of parts for regional vehicle applications. This position helps drive revenue growth while ensuring all products meet required fit, form, and function standards in line with or exceeding OE specifications within assigned categories.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities- Maintain and update catalog data using ACES and PIES standards, and generate regional coverage reports and customer-facing communications.
- Support the evaluation, preparation, and rollout of new catalog software for the North America region.
- Assist in executing regional product and catalog strategies, contributing to the development of product platforms that maximize coverage and revenue within the assigned market, leveraging data aligned with regional expectations for quality, pricing, and value.
- Work cross-functionally with MDM and item release teams to ensure accurate setup and maintenance of new part data.
- Perform OE part number research and identify high-impact applications to prioritize for catalog inclusion with strong efficiency.
- Contribute to global PIM strategy initiatives and support content creation efforts.
Qualifications (Education, Experience, & Skills Required)
Education- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
- 2+ years of experience across product management, cataloging, and research, preferably within the automotive aftermarket or industrial distribution sectors.
- ACES and PIES standards knowledge.
- Exposure to process optimization, project management, new product introductions, and product launches.

Product Knowledge- Understanding of the automotive aftermarket, parts distribution, or related industries (e.g., industrial products, B2B/B2C eCommerce) is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with product information and catalog management systems.

- Data-driven mindset with experience using KPIs and performance metrics to guide decisions.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional, and remote-first environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across different levels of the organization.
- Analytical thinker with solid problem-solving capabilities and a strategic, data-informed approach.
- Experience handling product data across multiple systems and formats, including ERP, PIM, ACES/PIES, and Tec Doc.
- Proficient with product management tools, project management platforms, MDM systems, and data analysis tools.
- Background in data governance, master data management, and data quality improvement initiatives.
- Experience supporting organizational change, particularly in shifting from decentralized to centralized data or product models.
