Civil Engineering Foreman (m/f)

Your main tasks

• Managing construction sites in civil engineering
• Communication with the client and active participation in construction meetings
• Goal-oriented and efficient preparation and organisation of construction sites
• Independent supervision and leadership of employees
• Implementing measures to ensure safety on the construction site
• Economic deployment planning of machines, equipment and operating materials and responsibility for their proper use
• Reporting and measuring the work carried out

Your qualifications

• Completed basic training in the construction industry
• Training as a foreman or site manager, even if not yet completed
• Professional experience in building construction or civil engineering
• Independent and committed working style and enjoyment of teamwork
• Flexibility and resilience
• Customer- and company-oriented thinking and acting
• Very good knowledge of German
