• Preparation and management of construction sites (new build and conversion)
• Economic deployment planning of personnel, equipment, and materials
• Responsible for compliance with regulations on occupational safety and health protection as well as environmental protection
• Managing the construction site and site personnel in consultation with the construction manager

• Completed foreman training or several years of professional experience as a foreman
• Enjoyment in dealing with customers and employees
• Independent and committed working style
• High willingness to perform with quality and sense of responsibility
• Driving licence category B
