das team ag in Luzern sucht eine Bauleiter:in (80 bis 100 %) für anspruchsvolle Hochbauprojekte in der Zentralschweiz. Sie übernehmen Verantwortung von Ausführung bis Inbetriebnahme und leiten Gewerke selbstständig.
Dabei führen Sie die Projekte fachlich, organisatorisch und hinsichtlich Qualität, Termine und Kosten. Sie arbeiten eigenverantwortlich, koordinieren Subunternehmer, planen Termine, verhandeln mit Lieferanten und arbeiten eng mit Projektleitern zusammen.
