RUAG Real Estate AG sucht eine/n Bau-/Projektleiter In Hochbau, der/die die örtliche Bauleitung, Terminplanung und Devisierung verantwortet. Sie koordinieren Architekten, Fachplaner und Unternehmern vor Ort, überwachen das Budget und sichern Qualität.
Sie bringen eine abgeschlossene Lehre im Bauwesen, idealerweise EFZ als Maurer oder Zeichner, sowie mehrjährige Erfahrung in Hochbauprojekten mit. Flexibilität, Deutschkenntnisse und Bereitschaft zum Pikett-Dienst runden das Profil ab.
