Conducteur (trice) de travaux ou surveillant (e) de chantier à 100%
Profil recherché
Expérience minimale de 5 ans,Personne au bénéfice d’un CFC dans le métier du bâtiment,Diplôme de technicien/technicienne ES, formation de dessinateur en bâtiment ou architecte HES/EPFTitulaire d’un permis de conduire (B)
Aptitudes- Maîtrise de la langue française orale et écrite ainsi que des outils informatiques,
- Maîtrise des normes applicables,
- Bon contact avec la clientèle, bonne communication
- Organisation, planification et établissement des procès-verbaux,
- Etablissement de métrés et de soumissions,
- Appel d’offres aux entreprises, Contrôle et facturation des services fournis, régie, suivi financier,
- Mise en place des ressources en conformité avec les normes de sécurité et environnementales,
- Suivi rigoureux des délais.
