To provide administrative support to our Academy in Würenlingen, we are looking for a motivated, proactive and reliable individual to assist our Safety Officer (SiBe) in daily operations and actively contribute to the further development of our safety culture.
Occupational Safety Clerk (50-60%) (m/f/d)
Your main tasks- You support our SiBe in operational daily business and administrative tasks related to occupational safety.
- You coordinate internal safety training sessions, prepare documents and ensure complete documentation and follow-up.
- You assist in the further development and implementation of our company safety concept.
- You accompany the follow-up of site inspections and the planning of measures.
- If interested and with appropriate experience, you independently conduct periodic safety audits and inspections on our construction sites.
- Commercial apprenticeship, preferably with experience in the construction environment
- Interest in occupational safety and a strong flair for administrative processes
- Training as KOPAS or ASGS safety assistant is an advantage
- Structured, reliable and independent working style
- Confident appearance and assertiveness
- Fluent communication in German
- Driving licence category B is mandatory
