This role is for an experienced videographer and photographer to capture a documentary-style shoot at ILAG headquarters in Wangen, Switzerland. The assignment involves working independently to document a partnership visit, focusing on interviews and authentic interactions that highlight ILAG’s manufacturing legacy. The shoot will take place on 7 July and will require a run-and-gun approach, covering approximately 5–6 hours on-site. The successful candidate will be responsible for both video and photo capture, ensuring high-quality, credibility-driven content suitable for brand storytelling.
Deliverables- Capture 7–8 interviews with key stakeholders, ensuring clear audio and well-lit visuals.
- Film a variety of B-roll shots, including facility exteriors, walk-ins, team interactions, handshakes, and candid moments.
- Take high-resolution photographs throughout the shoot to complement the video content.
- Manage all aspects of camera operation, audio recording, and basic lighting setup independently.
- Deliver all raw video and photo files, as well as high-resolution JPEGs or 4K video files, via Google Drive or WeTransfer within 7 days of the shoot.
- Ensure all deliverables are provided with full usage rights transferred to the client.
- Integrate provided factory footage into the final edit as required.
- Proven experience in documentary-style videography and photography, preferably in corporate or brand settings.
- Proficiency with professional camera equipment, audio gear, and basic lighting setups.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced, run-and-gun environment.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple interviews and B-roll sequences within a limited timeframe.
- Based in Switzerland or able to travel to Wangen for the shoot date.
- Skilled in post-shoot file management and timely delivery of assets.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional approach to client interactions.
- Familiarity with transferring full usage rights for all deliverables.
