Une grande enseigne de distribution recherche un Collaborateur/trice service clients à 50% à Vésenaz pour un contrat à durée déterminée. Vous serez responsable de la gestion des demandes et réclamations des clients tout en offrant des conseils sur les produits. Une expérience dans un service clientèle et d'excellentes compétences en communication sont souhaitées. Vous bénéficierez de réductions, de programmes de formation et de plusieurs semaines de congé par an.
