- Daily customer support in verbal and written communication in German and French.
- Provide clear and helpful information on products and services.
- Manage inquiries in the customer information system.
- Handle complaints empathetically and assist customers.
- Participate in projects and contribute ideas.
- Strong customer contact experience.
- Fluency in German and French, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable with PC and IT tools.
- Good to very good school grades, motivated and ambitious.
- GA (General allowance) during training period.
- 6 weeks vacation per year.
