Die Serata, Stiftung für das Alter in Urnäsch sucht einen Customer Care Mitarbeiter/in mobilezone B2B (w/m/d), der/die das Customer Care Team unterstützt und einen hohen Standard im Kundendienst gewährleistet. Du wirst Teil eines dynamischen Teams und bist verantwortlich für die Beantwortung von Kundenanliegen sowie die Koordination von Reklamationen.
