Buchzentrum AG (BZ) in Hägendorf, Schweiz sucht eine/n Sachbearbeiter:in Kundendienst (80–100%). Du bist der zentrale Ansprechpartner für unsere Kundinnen und Kunden, bearbeitest Bestellungen, Anfragen und Reklamationen mit einem hohen Maß an Dienstleistungsorientierung.
Die ideale Kandidatin/der ideale Kandidat hat eine kaufmännische Ausbildung und mehrjährige Erfahrung im telefonischen Kundendienst. Stilsicheres Deutsch und gute Französischkenntnisse sind erforderlich. Wir bieten dir ein lebhaftes Arbeitsumfeld und ein engagiertes Team.
