Location: Härkingen
Hoval Hrvatska in Härkingen sucht eine/n Kundenservice/Technischer Service Mitarbeiter:in zur Telefon- und E-Mail-Betreuung unserer Kunden und Partner. Sie planen den Tagesablauf, optimieren die Auslastung der Servicetechniker und übernehmen Backoffice-Aufgaben.
Sie bringen Erfahrungen als Callcenter-Agent, Reklamationsmanagement und eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit; SAP-Kenntnisse gelten als Vorteil. Deutschkenntnisse sind must-have; weitere Sprachen von Vorteil.
