Sie bearbeiten Anfragen per Telefon, E-Mail und Chat, arbeiten eng mit internen Abteilungen zusammen und unterstützen das Retail Operations Team im Tagesgeschäft. Erwartet wird eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung sowie sicherer Umgang mit Deutsch und Französisch;
