Parkhotel Giessbach in Brienz BE sucht eine/n Front Office & Reservation Agent (m/w/d). Sie empfangen Gäste, koordinieren Check-ins/outs und bearbeiten Reservierungen am Empfang, per Telefon, E-Mail und persönlich.
Sie sprechen Deutsch, Englisch und Französisch fließend; weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil. Bereitschaft zu Schicht- und Wochenendarbeit sowie Kenntnisse im PMS Protel sind von Vorteil.
