Mandarin Oriental Palace Luzern sucht eine/n Cluster Reservation Agent zur Verstärkung des Reservierungs-Teams. Sie betreuen Reservierungsanfragen für Luzern und Zürich, bearbeiten VIP- und Stammgäste und erstellen Angebote für Gruppen- und Einzelbuchungen.
Sie arbeiten eng mit Front Office, Sales & Marketing zusammen und bringen idealerweise HMS/Infor Kenntnisse mit. Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind Voraussetzung, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil.
