Location: Gontenschwil
Adecco sucht im Kundendienst eine engagierte Persönlichkeit für die Betreuung unserer Kunden per Telefon und E-Mail. Sie bearbeiten Anfragen, Reklamationen und Aufträge und arbeiten eng mit Abteilungen zusammen, um reibungslose interne Prozesse sicherzustellen.
Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören Unterstützung bei Projekten, Events sowie Pflege von Kundendaten, um stets topaktuell zu bleiben. Deutsch, Französisch von Vorteil, MS Office sicher beherrschen.
