Nexans Suisse à Cortaillod recherche un/une Customer Service Manager pour piloter le service client et les offres. Vous travaillerez en liaison étroite avec Production et les Market Managers dans un contexte industriel et de transition énergétique.
Vous gérez une équipe d'environ 10 personnes, coordonnez les commandes, les réclamations et les indicateurs de performance, et assurez l'amélioration continue des processus. Maîtrise du français, anglais et allemand requise, swiss-german un plus.
