Batmaid - CH in Bern sucht eine/n Sachbearbeiter/in Customer Service / Auftragsmanagement, 100 %, zur zentralen Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Außendienst und internen Abteilungen. Sie bearbeiten Anfragen effizient, lösen Probleme und sichern einen reibungslosen Auftragsfluss.
Sie übernehmen eigenständig die Koordination von Kundenaufträgen, verwalten CRM- und ERP-Daten, bearbeiten Reklamationen und unterstützen administrative Prozesse.
