IMI in Füllinsdorf bei Basel-Landschaft sucht eine engagierte Kraft als Kundendienst Sachbearbeiter HLK (m/w/d). Sie wickeln Kundenaufträge von Anfrage bis Rechnung ab, pflegen Stammdaten im ERP/CRM und beraten Kunden kompetent.
Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören die Bearbeitung schriftlicher und telefonischer Aufträge, das Erstellen von Serviceaufträgen, die Fakturierung abgeschlossener Aufträge und die Stellvertretung der Disponenten. Sie arbeiten selbständig, teamorientiert und mit Hands-on-Mentalität.
