AMAG Crissier recherche un Conseiller service après-vente mécanique (F/H) 100% pour accompagner les clients du rendez-vous à la remise du véhicule. Vous assurerez une interface fluide entre l’atelier et la clientèle et contribuerez à une expérience client haut de gamme.
Vous justifiez d’une formation en technique automobile (CFC) et d’une expérience solide en service après-vente, avec de bonnes aptitudes commerciales et une maîtrise des outils informatiques (ELSA souhaité) et de l’anglais (B2).
