Location: Root
CSS Versicherung in Luzern sucht eine/n Kundenbetreuer/in mit Erfahrung im Kundenservice-Center (80-100%). Sie unterstützen Kundinnen und Kunden telefonisch rund um Versicherungsangebote von Mo–Fr 08:00–18:00 Uhr.
Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören die Bearbeitung telefonischer Anfragen aus Leistungen, Finanzen, Vertrieb und Mutationen, das Erfassen von Gesprächen im System und das Weiterleiten von Verkaufschancen an Agenturen. Gelegentlich übernehmen Sie auch einfache schriftliche Anfragen.
