Flexsis sucht am Standort Kreuzlingen mehrere motivierte Personen als telefonische Kundenberater / Call Agents Inbound in der Telekommunikationsbranche – Billing/Admin (m/w/d). Sie führen Telefongespräche, bearbeiten Rechnungsanfragen und erkennen Verkaufschancen.
Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören die Bearbeitung von Störungen im 1st-Level-Support, kundenorientierte Beratung und aktive Kundenbindung. Erwartet werden Kommunikationsstärke, technisches Verständnis und Bereitschaft zur Schulung.
