PEAX AG sucht ein engagiertes Teammitglied im Customer Support in Luzern. Du betreust Kundenanfragen per E-Mail, Hotline und Ticket-Tool, bearbeitest Backoffice-Aufgaben für das PEAX Portal und die PEAX Mobile App und bringst Feedback zur Weiterentwicklung des Kundenerlebnisses ein.
Du nimmst an Onboarding-Terminen und Produktschulungen teil und unterstützt bei Tests. Kommunikationsstärke, IT-Affinität und Freude am Kundenkontakt zeichnen dich aus.
